Although there have been researchers made which have determined these relationships but our study is held in the context of Pakistan, which is a developing country and we have checked the relationship between Person Organization Fit, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention. Data was collected from 4different organizations and our findings indicate that there is a positive relationship between Person Organization Fit and Job Satisfaction and although the relationship between PO fit and Turnover Intention is not significant but it is not negative in the context of Pakistan.
